DONALDSON AEROSPACE & DEFENSE NAMES NEW GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF SALES

ST. LOUIS, Missouri, August 8, 2016 — Donaldson Aerospace & Defense, a business unit within Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), today announced the appointment of Lars Hesbjerg as its global director of sales.
 
Hesbjerg, a company veteran who joined Donaldson in 2002, is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing within Donaldson’s Aerospace & Defense businesses.
 
His performance and history of meeting customer’s needs has led to a steady progression in scope of responsibilities, and he most recently served as director of global sales for Donaldson’s Caterpillar account. Prior to that, he was global director of sales for the on-road transportation market.
 
Hesbjerg holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Metropolitan State University. He also completed an Executive Management Program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
