DONALDSON EXPANDS GLOBAL AVIATION SERVICES ALLIANCE TO SUPPORT MORE AIRCRAFT, GROUND VEHICLES IN MIDDLE EAST

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – April 22, 2013 – Donaldson Aerospace & Defense, a division of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), is expanding its strategic alliance with Bahrain-based Global Aviation Services (GAS) to cover sales and support of filtration solutions for fixed-wing general aviation aircraft and military ground vehicles, as well as helicopters in key Middle Eastern markets.

Under the expanded alliance, in addition to helicopter air filtration solutions, GAS will sell, distribute and support Donaldson’s line of filtration solutions for helicopter liquid and fuel systems. This includes air intake, fuel, hydraulic and lubrication systems for general aviation aircraft, and air intakes for military ground vehicles (including new installations and retrofits). GAS specialists will provide around-the-clock sales and full life-cycle support of Donaldson Aerospace & Defense military and commercial products in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. The company’s resources include a bonded-status distribution depot at the Bahrain International Airport Free Zone.
